I currently attend an HBCU, Clark Atlanta University, sadly I have to take a semester off. I didn’t choose the correct school, I chose a school that I thought would be fun. I wanted to be just as great as the Alum that I have met at these illustrious institutions. I actually attended Howard Upward I couldn’t wait to graduate so that I could attend an HBCU. I wanted to Win scholarship pageants, Be a band dancer, pledge AKA. But I chose the wrong school, I am too artsy, hippy and rebellious to do any of those things, I can’t even dance. I was suppose to chose a school that matched my knowledge, skills, ability, not to mention my overall dream. Laboratory Institute of Merchandising, Fashion Institute of Technology, Fashion Institute of design and Merchandising Now these are the artsy schools I have attended. I can’t blame a soul it was due to my fear of not making it and the native teenager that wanted to have fun. Even though I’ve made lifetime friends and seen some amazing things during my matriculation, I feel like I’m super behind because I didn’t go hard with my dreams while attending the wrong school.

Introduction
This blog was create mostly to vent, to post my inspiration and most of all portray overall growth in my life. Yes an online diary, I’ve attempted this plenty of time before but I hope that this one will be successful.
I am a 20 year old with a strong ambition to succeed in the fashion industry. I have exceptional Knowledge, skills and talents, that can be used in the industry. I just have a few confidence issues when it comes to stepping out on faith. My goal is to overcome those fears. I am planning to move to New York, and take a semester. While in New York, I plan to work of-course but I want to be very productive in making my dreams come true. My ultimate dream is to become famous and if I have to act or be a stylist I will do what it takes to get there.
